What KASANE takes care of

Adds a game from an installer .exe, an extracted folder, or a disc, and creates a separate Wine environment for each game

Installs and substitutes Japanese fonts and sets up DLLs to match each game engine, automatically

Ships per-title compatibility settings, worked out from each game's actual executable and the DLLs it loads

Launches your games from a library where you can search and sort them by name, and can keep them on external storage
Verified titles
The public table lists each title with its edition, distribution format, and what was checked (launch, graphics, audio, saving, video). Titles checked with a trial edition are listed as trial editions. A title that is not in the table simply has not been checked yet; it does not mean the title does not work.
A note for players outside Japan: titles were verified on Japanese releases (retail and trial editions). English-localized releases, such as those on Steam, are separate builds and have not been verified yet. If there is one you want to play, please name it in the form below.

Limitations during the beta
- It uses Rosetta 2.The current version runs on top of Apple's Rosetta 2, so it is for versions of macOS where Rosetta 2 is available. A version for after that is being developed separately.
- You may be asked to install video codecs separately.For licensing reasons, we are considering not bundling the codecs needed to play opening and ending movies with the app. The app will walk you through installing and checking them.
- Not every title works.Only the titles in the public table, within the scope checked there, are covered. Anything else is something you can try, not something that is known to work.
- KASANE never modifies or sends your game files, save data, or credentials.KASANE is an app that runs locally on your Mac, and it does not send usage data either.
